High quality services are produced by highly skilled and motivated people. Interpreter teams, regional supervisors and interpreter booking services are responsible for an integrated, smooth service process.
Via is Finland’s leading provider of educational interpreting. The basis for this service is long-term educational interpreting contracts. The share of community interpreting and education and training is being increased gradually. An important part of the service offering is the booking service for the aforementioned services. Via has booking services at all of its interpreter agencies.
In the future, the aim is to launch distance interpreting and to organise interpreters on-call together with other interpreting centres.
