Book an Interpreter
It is easy to order interpreting services by e-mail (helsinki@via-ok.net), telephone or SMS. Place an order as soon as you know that you will need interpreting services. Any changes or cancellations should also be made as soon as the need becomes clear.

When placing an order, please include the following details
- date and time
- duration of the event
- meeting place
- nature of the event, theme, possible programme
- participants and their role
- languages and modes of communication to be used
- an estimate of the number of interpreters needed
- name of the interpreter(s) you would like to have if you have special requirements
- breaks and meals
- invoicing address and other financial details
- contact person(s) who can provide additional information
